What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us at hello@faithinprintco.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • To ensure your refund, please use a trackable shipping service—we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@faithinprintco.com. Please include your first and last name, your order number as well as the name of the artwork that you would like to return/exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.Here are the steps you will need to take:

  • Email us at hello@faithinprintco.com. Please include first and last name as well as your order number and the name of the artwork.
  • Please submit this form within 30 days of your order date.
  • Please include pictures of the damaged product as well as the packaging it arrived in.
  • Once we verify the damage, a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost..
  • In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned to us—if so, we’ll cover any return shipping costs.


Where is my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time for the refund to appear.
  • Check with your bank about processing times.

What is the shipping/delivery timeline?

Each piece is made to order. Here’s what to expect:

  • Order Processing & Printing: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • You’ll receive updates via the email you used at checkout. If you’re not seeing updates, check your spam folder and add our email to your contact list.

Can I cancel my order?

Please note:

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
  • Once shipped, the order is considered final, and the customer is responsible for the purchase.
What if my shipping address is incorrect?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us immediately at hello@faithinprintco.com. We’ll do our best to help, but:

  • If the order has already entered the shipping process, changes are not possible.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
